  • Providing bi-weekly email communication about the status and progress of the sale.
  • Sending text and email reminders about trust appointments and deadlines, seller disclosures, buyer inspections, appraisal reports, final buyer inspections, loan document signings, and final closing documents.
  • Maintaining constant communication with the cooperating agent and lender to provide accurate feedback to the seller about the loan and trust status.
